Duration

Jul 2018 - Apr 2019

Project

Conduent's Innovation Center in New Jersey is a 2500 sq ft space that showcases how their digital solutions are helping companies, cities and government operations, as well as providing value to their end users. The docent-led visitor experience is tailored based on the industry and interest, along with ability to customize agenda in real-time and follow-up post visit.

Role

Gensler and AV&C collaborated to strategize, design and implement all digital touchpoints - a projection wall at reception, LED displays in the waiting area, ticker and activated doors in the transition area, video projection at the entrance of the center, interactive touch table with projection, tablet wall, demo wall with projection, workshop projection area, docent tablet and a web-based content management system.

Contribution

My contribution involved UX design of the wide variety of displays, projections and interfaces that are strategically placed throughout the space to exhibit data visualizations, dynamic content, interactive demonstrations and more. I created workflows and wireframes, performed software development coordination, in-house and on-site testing, and docent training.
